Strike Force Vega members have arrested and charged two male youths with breach of bail in Alice Springs.

Detective Superintendent Brent Warren from the Southern Investigations Division said an arrest warrant was issued for a 15-year-old after he failed to attend his court hearing on 21 April.

“He was arrested on Wednesday morning and charged with breach of bail.

“In a separate incident, Police arrested another 15-year-old youth after he failed to abide by his curfew times.

“Police attended the residence of the youth on Friday and issued a warrant for his arrest after he failed to present himself at the door.”

He was arrested yesterday morning and charged with breach of bail.

“We will continue to be proactive in ensuring bail conditions are met by individual offenders,” said Detective Superintendent Warren.
