Missing South Australian woman Cheryl Redway has been located this afternoon just after 3pm.

Superintendent Don Fry said that Mrs Redway was spotted by helicopter.

“She was found approximately 10km from where she went missing and appears to be uninjured, although tired and dehydrated.”

She is being taken to Yulara Clinic for an assessment.

“There has been a concerted effort by NT Police and NT Emergency Service personnel, who were joined this morning by the Angas Downs Indigenous Rangers as volunteers in the search.

“This is the best outcome we could have hoped for. Thank you to everyone involved in the search,” Superintendent Fry said.
