Call for public assistance - Assault - Darwin

Northern Territory Police are calling for public assistance following an alleged assault of a taxi driver in Marrara.

Senior Sergeant Tanya Mace said the altercation occurred just after 4:30am on Saturday 27 June, on Links Road.

“We want to speak with a male who we believe may be able to assist us with our investigation.

“He is described as of being Caucasian appearance, approximately 174cm tall, and of medium build with short dark hair. He was last seen wearing a red shirt and grey pants.

“Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident or anyone who may recognise the individual pictured to contact them on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.”
