Northern Territory Police are continuing their investigation into a death that occurred in Alice Springs on Thursday morning, and have appealed for witnesses who may have been in the area at the time to contact them.

In particular, they have appealed for an older male of Caucasian appearance to come forward. The man was walking his dog at about 6am on Thursday at South Terrace near the car wash, and may have information helpful to the investigation.
