Call for assistance - Aggravated Robbery

Serious Crime Detectives are calling for public assistance to help identity a person responsible for an aggravated robbery.

Detective Senior Constable Andrew Dudley said the 21-year-old victim was walking along Litchfield Court, Nightcliff about 4:00pm on Monday 18 January when he was approached from behind by the offender.

“This person has produced a knife and demanded the victim’s wallet and phone.

“The offender has run from the scene with the victim’s phone when another person approached.”

The offender is described as having tanned skin, black hair, of solid build and approximately 172cm tall.

He was wearing knee length shorts and a yellow sporting singlet.
