Northern Territory Police are calling for anyone who may have witnessed an alleged sexual assault in Alice Springs early this morning.

Police will allege that a 29-year-old woman was sexually assaulted by two men on Barrett Drive between 4.30am and 6.30am.

One of the men is described as being light-skinned of indigenous appearance with short hair, a solid build and approximately 165cm tall. This male is believed to be aged in his mid-twenties and was wearing maroon trousers.

The other man  is described as also being light-skinned of indigenous appearance with short curly hair, a skinny build and approximately 170cm tall. He is believed to be aged in his early twenties and was wearing a red shirt and cream coloured cargo shorts.
