Northern Territory Police are calling for witnesses following the unlawful use of a stolen motor vehicle.

The vehicle in question - a red Toyota Rav 4, NT, Registration CB70FC - was allegedly stolen from Katherine on Wednesday, before being driven to Darwin, and then to Tennant Creek yesterday, where eight youths were arrested.

It is believed that a number of road users may have witnessed the erratic driving of this vehicle, and we are asking for those individuals to contact Police.

In particular we wish to speak with a driver of a silver Holden Commodore sedan which may have followed the vehicle for a period of time.
