Northern Territory Police are appealing for information relating to the death of ‘Kwementeye’ Kelly.

Mr Kelly was found deceased at Peko Dam (also known as Rocky Ridge Dam) about 7km west of Tennant Creek on 25 September 2015.

Police believe some witnesses may be afraid to come forward for fear of traditional payback.

Discussions have been held with Mr Kelly’s family, who stated payback would not be supported.
