Members from Strike Force Vega have charged an 18-year-old man following a series of unlawful entries.

Detective Senior Sergeant Peter Malley said the man was arrested today after forensic evidence linked him to a number of unlawful entries to Alice Springs businesses during March 2016.

He was charged with unlawful entry (x18), stealing (x17) and criminal damage (x16).

He was remanded in custody to appear in Alice Springs Magistrates Court tomorrow.

This is a significant arrest for the Strike Force Vega team who will continue to actively target property offenders in Alice Springs.
