Northern Territory Police are renewing calls for information on missing person Shaun Robert Jones.

Senior Sergeant Michael Potts of the Central Desert Division said Police believe Mr Jones was last seen in the area of the Linfox Depot just south of Tennant Creek around 29 September 2015.

“Police would like to speak to anyone who was driving along the Stuart Highway around that time who may have seen Mr Jones or given him a lift are urged to contact Police,” Senior Sergeant Potts said.

Mr Jones is described as being 175cm tall, with a heavy build, fair complexion, shaved head and blue eyes. He has distinctive tattoos on his left leg and a blue bird tattooed on one of his ear lobes and walks with limp to the right leg.

He was last seen possibly wearing dark trousers and a thick black jacket.
