Northern Territory Police have charged a 30-year-old male following an assault on his 45-year-old partner in Alice Springs yesterday.

Police will allege the male assaulted the woman with a milk crate about 6:30pm on 7 November.

The man was also charged for another domestic violence incident that occurred on 5 November.

He was charged with:

Assault a female – Offender a male (x2)

He was remanded in custody to appear in the Alice Springs Local Court today.
