Northern Territory Police have charged a 22-year-old male following a sexual assault in Tennant Creek on 8 December 2016.
He was arrested by police on Wednesday 14 December and charged with:
- Sexual intercourse and gross indecency without consent
- Aggravated unlawful entry
- Aggravated assault
- Stealing
- Deprivation of liberty
- Make a false statutory declaration
- Destroying evidence
He was refused bail and will appear in Alice Springs Local Court today.
