Northern Territory Police hold concerns for the welfare of 14-year-old Peta Kemp and her one month old baby.

Police understand the baby and new mother are overdue for a medical check-up.

Peta is described as Indigenous, with long straight hair and slim build.

We ask anyone who sights Peta Kemp, or who has any information on her whereabouts to contact police on 131 444.
