Northern Territory Police continue to investigate an incident outside a Darwin nightclub on Sunday morning.

Detective Senior Sergeant Morgan said the response from witnesses and members of the public was encouraging and the information helpful.

“The investigation continues however at this stage, police can confirm it is highly unlikely anyone will be charged in relation to this incident.

“A 56-year-male remains in hospital and will be spoken to by police at a later date.

“We wish him a speedy recovery,” Detective Senior Sergeant Morgan said.
