Northern Territory Police are calling for information surrounding a disturbance at a car yard on the Stuart Highway in Alice Springs.

Detective Acting Superintendent Peter Dash said a number of young offenders damaged more than 50 new vehicles about 3.30am.

“Damage to the vehicles included smashed windscreens and windows, and panel damage,” he said.

“So far, a 14-year-old male has been arrested.”
