Northern Territory Police are calling for witnesses following a single vehicle rollover on the Stuart Highway, 7km south of Emerald Springs.

Detective Acting Senior Sergeant Michael Schumacher said the crash occurred around 5:00pm yesterday.

“A blue Holden Commodore that was travelling south-bound with six occupants, left the road and rolled.

“Five of the passengers, three of whom were minors, sustained various injuries.

“All passengers were flown to Royal Darwin Hospital for treatment.

“The exact circumstances of the crash are currently under investigation.

“Police are calling for anyone who might have witnessed the vehicle before or after the crash to come forward.

“In particular we ask anyone who may have dash cam footage to contact police on 131444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.”
