A 65-year-old man has been charged with one count of stealing.

Detective Acting Senior Sergeant Justin Bentley from the Drug and Organised Crime Division said charges were laid following an investigation by the Major Fraud Squad.

“Police will allege more than $400,000 was unlawfully taken from a trust account.”

The man will appear in the Darwin Local Court on 3 August 2018.
