Charges - Stolen vehicle involved in crash - Darwin

Northern Territory Police have charged two male youths after crashing a car they allegedly stole this morning.

A 16-year-old male has been charged with one count of aggravated unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count of leaving the scene of an accident. He was bailed to appear in the Youth Justice Court on Monday 30 July 2018.

 

A 17-year-old male has been charged with one count of aggravated unlawful use of a motor vehicle, one count of leaving the scene of an accident, one count of driving in a dangerous manner (pursuit), one count of driving a motor vehicle unlicensed, one count of damage to property and one count of breach of bail. He has been remanded in custody to also appear in the Youth Justice Court on Monday.
