Central Investigation members are continuing investigations into an alleged unlawful entry in Katherine East that occurred on 29 October between 5:30am and 6:00am.

During the alleged incident an elderly male was assaulted and required medical treatment.

The alleged offender was last seen running in the vicinity of Holtze Crescent and Callistemon Drive.

Police have released the following image and are calling for assistance to identify the male.
