Northern Territory Police have seized a quantity of cannabis and alcohol near the community of Wadeye, which is a general restricted area.
Following reports from members of the community and enquiries by police, a 39-year-old male was identified as allegedly selling large amounts of liquor and cannabis in the town.
Further information from the community helped locate the Timber Creek local at an outstation near Wadeye where there was also a quantity of alcohol, cash, a number of deal bags and more than 360g of cannabis.
“We’d like to thank the community for their active involvement and cooperation in this matter,” Acting Senior Sergeant David Young said.

The 39-year-old man has been issued with a notice to appear at Wadeye Local Court on 12 January, 2019.
