NTFRS to assist with British Columbia Emergency

British Columbia is currently in a state of emergency with nearly 200 wildfires burning across the province. These fires have seen the destruction of over 114,000 hectares of land and forced the evacuation of thousands of people from their homes.

Death – Alice Springs

Northern Territory Police are investigating the death of a 39-year-old woman at a town camp outside Alice Springs overnight.

Charges – Methamphetamine – Darwin

Northern Territory Police have charged two men in relation to the seizure of more than 100g of methamphetamine over a 10-month period.

Drink Drivers – Territory-wide

Police have been left shaking their heads after several drink drivers were busted across the Northern Territory.
