The Northern Territory Police Force hold concerns for the welfare of a 69-year-old woman.

The woman was last seen on Monday 23 February 2026 in bush land off Channel Island Road.

She is believed to be wearing black shorts, black shirt and has a small black dog accompanying her.

Police are currently conducting a search of the area around the Weddell Power Station off Channel Island Road, involving officers on foot and in vehicles, police dogs and a helicopter.

Police hold concerns for her welfare and urge anyone with information including dash cam footage to contact police on 131 444.
