The Northern Territory Police Force is calling for information in relation to an aggravated burglary that occurred in Alice Springs in the early hours of this morning.

Around 12:30am, the Joint Emergency Services Communication Centre (JESCC) received reports of an unlawful entry at a racing club on the Stuart Highway in Kilgariff.

It is alleged three offenders gained entry by ramming through the main gate in a previously reported stolen Isuzu D-MAX. They forced their way inside the building and caused substantial damage before stealing a quantity of alcohol.

The offenders fled the scene in the D-MAX prior to police arrival and remain outstanding.
