Northern Territory Police are investigating the circumstances of a single vehicle crash that occurred in Berry Springs last week.

Around 4pm Tuesday, police received reports of a single vehicle crash at the entrance of a caravan park on Doris Road.

The 59-year-old female driver was conveyed to Royal Darwin Hospital by St John Ambulance for treatment.

However, on Friday afternoon the driver succumbed to complications incurred due to her injuries.

A report will be prepared for the coroner.

The Lives Lost on Territory Roads in 2024 now stands at 52.
