A 54-year-old male Northern Territory police officer has been served with a summons for three counts of the following offence:

• Driving at dangerous speed against section 30A of the Traffic Act 1987

The officer will appear in the Darwin Local Court on 15 February 2023.

NT ICAC and the NT Ombudsman have been advised of the matter.
