Charges – Property offences – Fannie Bay

Northern Territory Police have charged a 17-year-old male with multiple property offences from 26 March 2023.

At 12:00am, the 17-year-old and an unknown number of co-offenders unlawfully entered three residences in Fannie Bay, utilising a motor vehicle stolen from the same area the night prior. The offenders allegedly stole money and other personal items at each location.

Strike Force Trident Detectives identified the 17-year-old and arrested him last Friday.

He was charged with the following:

  • Aggravated unlawful use of motor vehicle
  • Damage to property
  • Attempt unlawful entry
  • Stealing x 3
  • Unlawful entry x 3

He was remanded to appear in court on Monday, where he was later bailed to appear for a further hearing on 21 April 2023.
