Northern Territory Police have charged a 54-year-old man in relation to the death of a child in Moulden on 20 December 2022.
Major Crash detectives will allege the man was under the influence of cannabis at the time of the crash and today served him a Notice to Appear in the Darwin Local Court on 31 May 2022 to face the following charges:
- Dangerous driving cause death
- Careless driving cause death
- Drive unlicenced
- Drive with prohibited drug in blood
