Northern Territory Police are calling for information in relation to an alleged indecent assault at Casuarina Coastal Reserve last week.

Around 6:30pm on Thursday 18 May 2023, it is alleged that a woman in her 50’s was walking along a bush track that leads through to the mangrove boardwalk when she was indecently assaulted by an unknown man. 

During the assault the woman received minor injuries to her arms, knees and stomach before the unknown man fled the scene. The woman was assisted by a passer-by who contacted police.

Investigators are urging anyone who may have been in the area at that time, who witnessed any suspicious behaviour, to make contact on 131 444. Please quote reference 10348976.
