Northern Territory Police have charged a woman in relation to a death in Darwin City on Tuesday night.

A 31-year-old woman was arrested shortly after the incident and has since been charged with:

• Murder
• Intend serious harm
• Cause any harm

She was remanded to appear in Darwin Local Court today.
