Northern Territory Police have located the stolen vehicle believed to be used in an unlawful entry in Berrimah this morning.

Detective Acting Superintendent Mark Bland said “The vehicle was apprehended near Cox Peninsular Road, Berry Springs, with a number of individuals fleeing on foot into bushland between Hopewell Road and Doris Road.

“A cordon was established with some of the stolen weapons recovered in the vehicle and the remaining stolen weapons later recovered in bushland approximately 40 kilometres from Daly River.

“No arrests have been made and investigations continue into the theft. Anyone with information is still urged to contact police on 131 444. Please quote reference 10217691.”
