Major Crash detectives have release images from CCTV of two vehicles seen passing through Timber Creek and are seeking public assistance to identify the drivers.

Police would like to speak with the occupants as they may have information in relation to a fatal hit and run incident near Timber Creek on Friday 22 April 2022.

The first vehicle is seen passing Timber Creek Hotel at around 1:40am and the second vehicle at 2:37am. Shortly afterwards, police received reports that a man had been struck by a vehicle.

Detective Sergeant Jeshua Kelly said, “The victim had been parked on the southern side of the ride and was near his white Nissan Navara utility when he was struck.”
