Detectives from the Southern Serious Crime Unit are investigating the death of a man in Alice Springs overnight.

Northern Territory Police received a report of an unresponsive man at a Sadadeen home around 7:15pm.

On arriving at the location, CPR was conducted on the 28-year-old man until paramedics arrived on scene and declared the man deceased.

The area was declared a crime scene, and detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the man’s death.
