Northern Territory Police are calling for information after a hit and run in Rapid Creek this afternoon.

At 4:30pm, police received a report that an adult male had been struck by a vehicle on Trower Road, Rapid Creek. The male was crossing from Millner to Rapid Creek when he was struck by a blue/green vehicle in the inbound lane, the vehicle has failed to stop.

St John Ambulance and Police attended and the male was conveyed to Royal Darwin Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
