Northern Territory Police are calling for information after an aggravated robbery at a residence in Marrara this morning.

Shortly before 9:00am, an unknown male unlawfully entered a residence on Lakes Crescent armed with an edged weapon.

He then allegedly threatened one of the residents before pushing another to the ground. He then fled the scene in the direction of Links Road, Marrara.

Serious Crime are investigating the incident, canvassing the area, processing the scene and reviewing CCTV.

Detective Senior Sergeant Karl Day said “The investigation is in its early stages and we are urging anyone who witnessed any suspicious behaviour in the area at that time, especially if you have dash cam footage, to make contact on 131 444.

“You can also make an anonymous report through Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.”
