Northern Territory Police, Fire and Emergency Services responded to a serious crash on McMillan’s Road this morning.

At around 8:20am, a car collided with a motorcycle at the intersection of Charles Eaton Drive and McMillan’s Road.

The motorcycle rider was conveyed to Royal Darwin Hospital in a serious condition, the driver of the vehicle suffered no injuries.

The Major Crash Investigation Unit is currently on scene at McMillan’s road with a number of lanes expected to remain closed for the next few hours. Police are requesting motorists avoid the area if possible and to follow all directions from officers.
