Northern Territory Police are seeking public assistance to locate a man in relation to an aggravated assault in Alice Springs earlier this month.

Alfonse Brumby, 28 is alleged to have physically assaulted a 21-year-old woman known to him at an address on Ewenyper Street on the morning of 11 February, 2021.

The woman was transported to the Alice Springs Hospital for treatment to non-life threatening injuries and the man fled the scene.

Mr Brumby is not considered a danger to the community, and police ask anyone with information in relation to his whereabouts to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800333000 and quote PROMIS reference 9560902.
