Three charged for secondary supply of alcohol - Alice Springs

Three people will appear before the Alice Springs Local Court on multiple charges of unauthorised sale and supply of alcohol in Alice Springs.

During the month of June, 2020, it is alleged a 57-year-old man sold bottles of alcohol to passengers while operating a hire vehicle.

It is further alleged the 36-year-old man and the 27-year-old woman assisted the man with the sale of alcohol.

A 57-year-old man has been issued with a Notice to Appear in the Alice Springs Local Court, answering to 17 charges of Unauthorised Sale of Liquor, and will appear before court on 11 February 2021.

A 36-year-old man has been issued with a Notice to Appear in the Alice Springs Local Court, answering to 15 charges of Unauthorised Sale of Liquor, and will appear before court on 11 February, 2021.

A 27-year-old woman has been issued with a Notice to Appear in the Alice Springs Local Court, answering to one charge of Unauthorised Sale of Liquor, and will appear before court on 11 February, 2021.
