Charges – Hit-and-Run – Alice Springs

Northern Territory Police have arrested a female after an alleged hit-and-run crash in Alice Springs yesterday afternoon, Monday 16 March 2020.

Last night, a 30-year-old female was charged in relation to this crash which occurred at the intersection of Todd Street and Gregory Street.

The female will appear at the Alice Springs Local Court on 28 April 2020, charged with:

  • drive a motor vehicle while unlicensed
  • drive without due care
  • fail to stop or assist after crash.

Alice Springs Watch Commander Darryl Kerr said, “The response and assistance from the public was swift and certainly helped our investigation, thankyou.”
