Call for information – Suspicious person – Alice Springs

Northern Territory Police are calling for information in relation to a suspicious person in Alice Springs.

Police received a report of suspicious man at around 8:00am on Thursday 5 March. Two children were walking along Lyndavale Drive when they observed the man following them. The children became concerned then ran to their school where they notified staff. The man later caught a bus from outside the school.

The man is described as Aboriginal, aged mid-twenties, of skinny build, approximately 170cm to 180cm tall, with facial stubble. He has dark and curly or wavy hair with the sides shaved and a mullet. He was wearing a black polo shirt with orange designs on the shoulder, dark blue or black jeans, and black joggers.

Parents and carers are encouraged to remind children of the 3 R’s.
