Northern Territory Police have arrested a 39-year-old man following an incident at a Nakara residence at around 7:30am today.

Police received reports of a disturbance between parties known to each other. Multiple police officers responded and the area was cordoned off. Police negotiated with the man and he was apprehended without further incident. Investigations are ongoing.
