Update - Unlawful entry - Livingstone

Police

Northern Territory Police have charged a 39-year-old man in relation to an alleged theft in Livingstone earlier this year.

It is believed that some time prior to 13 April, a disused factory was unlawfully entered, with its contents, a commercial bottling plant, allegedly stolen.

Detectives from the Serious Crime Squad charged the man yesterday with unlawful entry and aggravated stealing.

He was bailed and is scheduled to appear in Darwin Local Court on 15 November 2018.
