Update - Police investigating Darwin CBD incident

Northern Territory Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding an incident in the Darwin CBD last night involving a 38-year-old male going armed in public.

The male person was apprehended by police at the scene. Charges are expected to be laid in the coming days.

Police would like anyone who was threatened by the male, or felt threatened, to contact them to provide information to assist them in their investigations.
