A 30-year-old male has been charged following the alleged car-jacking and assault of a 70-year-old man on Friday night.
The male was charged with:
- Aggravated Robbery
- Aggravated Assault
- Aggravated Unlawful Use of Motor Vehicle
- Fail to Comply with Police Officers Direction
- Driving vehicle dangerous manner during pursuit
- Arson
- Possess, use or carry Prohibited Weapon
He has been remanded in custody to appear in Darwin Local Court tomorrow.
