The Northern Territory’s road toll has risen to 21 overnight following the death of a motorcycle rider.

Police and emergency responders attended the scene on Tiger Brennan Drive near Berrimah Road. A 28-year-old male was conveyed to Royal Darwin Hospital by ambulance but sadly died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.

Investigators are working to determine the cause of the crash. It is believed no other vehicles were involved.
