Missing war medals - Nightcliff

Northern Territory Police are appealing for information about five World War II medals that were allegedly stolen from a Nightcliff residence last week.

It is alleged that the home was unlawfully entered on Monday 26 November between 11am and 4pm.

Other items reported stolen include a laptop, watch and approximately $80 in loose change.

The medals included one Military Cross and four campaign medals, all belonging to the victim’s late father.

Police would like anyone with information about this unlawful entry, particularly in relation to the location of the medals, to contact them urgently on 131 444 or anonymously via Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
