Child Abuse Taskforce members have arrested a 39-year-old male in relation to an alleged indecent dealing last week.

The incident is alleged to have occurred last Tuesday evening at the Jingili Water Gardens, involving an 11-year-old. The matter was reported by the child’s mother and the male was located and arrested on Thursday 26 July.

He was taken into custody and will appear at the Darwin Local Court today.
