Extradition – Stalking – Darwin

Northern Territory Police have arrested a 54-year-old male for stalking and other offences.

Members from the Northern Territory Domestic and Family Violence Unit travelled to the Australian Capital Territory to arrest the male.

He has been charged with numerous offences including:

  • Aggravated unlawful stalking
  • Aggravated unlawful entry
  • Installation, use and maintain optical surveillance device
  • Communication and publication of private conversations and activities
  • Use carriage service to harass or cause offence
  • Contravene a domestic violence order

The male will be extradited to Darwin on Thursday, 31 May to appear in the Darwin Local Court on Friday, 1 June 2018.
