Charges - Serious assaults - Humpty Doo

Detectives of the Serious Crime Squad and the Territory Response Group have arrested three males aged 42, 19 and 16-years yesterday in relation to a serious incident at Humpty Doo on Friday 30 November 2018

It is alleged that serious assaults were committed with a vehicle and weapons on a rural property.

The three males were charged with the following offences:

  • Trespass on premises                   
  • Unlawfully cause Serious Harm          
  • Recklessly endangering life – aggravated
  • Recklessly endangering life – aggravated
  • Unlawfully cause Serious Harm          
  • Engage in violent conduct              
  • Armed with an offensive weapon.

Both males were remanded in custody to appear in the Darwin Local Court today. 

The youth was granted bail to the Darwin Youth Court on 7 January 2019.
