Northern Territory Police are appealing for witnesses to an alleged incident in Ludmilla on Tuesday 28 August 2018.

Police received a report that around 4:30pm near a bus stop at Mosec Park, Bagot Road, two male occupants of a van had approached a 12-year-old girl who was able to run away, before the males fled in their van.

The males have been described as Caucasian and in their 30s or 40s. One was wearing a white shirt and a black cap, while the other was wearing a black hoodie and black pants. The white van was described as being rusty with dark tint and curtains on the windows.

Police would like to speak with anyone who may have information, including CCTV or dash cam footage.

Parents are also encouraged to talk with their children about responding to threatening situations.
