Northern Territory Police are calling for witnesses in relation to an incident that occurred at the low level crossing in Adelaide River at approximately 4:00pm on 16 January.

Police believe a vehicle left the location a short time after a disturbance. A pedestrian was later located on the road with serious injuries.

Anyone with information is urged to notify police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 to assist police with their enquiries.
